Before joining THI in 2024, Bastian Malchow worked at PIMCO Prime Real Estate as Senior Finance Manager. During this time, he managed the finance side of a comprehensive real estate portfolio in the Nordic and Benelux region, where he was also involved in the acquisition and sales processes. He started his career at Ernst & Young in auditing and audit-related consulting. Bastian holds an MSc in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mannheim and a BSc in Economics from the Chemnitz University of Technology.

He has been a passionate soccer player since childhood and enjoys spending his time on the pitch. When things need to be a little calmer, he enjoys fishing.
