Before joining THI in 2026, Raghav worked at Sullivan Street Partners, a London-based buyout firm focused on complex situations in the European lower mid-market.

During his time there, he worked across deals in the Consumer, Industrials, Healthcare and TMT sectors, with direct involvement in transaction structuring, bolt-on acquisitions and operational value creation. Raghav holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity and a BSc in Finance, both from the London School of Economics.

Having grown up in Northern Ireland, Raghav enjoys football, hiking and chess outside of work.
