Prior to joining THI in 2023, Derya worked for BCG Platinion, where he supported several companies across Europe in their digital transformation journeys. During this time, he focused on financial institutions, helping them with IT architecture optimizations, tech due diligence, and large-scale agile & digital transformations.
Derya holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Engineering.
