Before joining THI in 2019, Melanie worked for 2 years for a medium-sized mobility company and a tax consulting firm. Melanie studied at the University of Public Administration in Ludwigsburg and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. After graduating, she decided to continue her career in industrial sectors. For many years she has enjoyed working in gastronomy on weekends, during her studies to earn money, today because she simply likes being in contact with people. In her spare time she enjoys meeting friends and she has discovered a passion for baking.
