Philipp worked at Bain & Company before joining THI. During this time, Philipp served multiple mid and large cap private equity clients leading commercial due diligence and value creation projects. In addition, Philipp worked for corporate clients in most European countries, in the US and in South America across different industries. His passion is working together with management on business strategy as well as execution of value enhancement initiatives such as add-on deals, geographic expansion, organisational excellence, customer centricity, sales effectiveness, and performance improvement.

Philipp studied psychology at Technical University Dresden and gained his PhD from Technical University Trier during a two year leave of absence program from Bain. Philipp is happily married and proud father of a boy and a girl. He enjoys all kinds of summer and winter sports, traveling the globe as well as painting, wine and food.
