The business focuses on delivering a high-quality customer proposition and improving employment opportunities for its learners. Prior to our investment, Corndel has supported over 8,000 learners (from UK blue-chip clients including Asda, Bupa, Capita and Kier) to realise organisational objectives and build scaled data, technology and leadership capabilities. The business is the UK’s largest provider of data analytics and management apprenticeship programmes.
What we did
THI is currently working with the management team to accelerate their growth plans by expanding Corndel’s programme offering and increasing the customer base. Corndel also aims to use its leading training skillset to help address rising levels of unemployment. In addition, we are actively working to identify add-on acquisition opportunities as well as further organic expansion opportunities in the UK and abroad.
