Simon worked in investment banking, private equity and corporate strategy before joining THI in 2020. At THI, he is part of the private equity investment team. Previously, Simon worked as Senior Director in WeWork’s International Strategy team and as an Investment Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi. He was deeply involved in private equity investments in Europe and the USA with a focus on companies in the Business Services and Industrials verticals.

Simon started his career at Deutsche Bank in the M&A and Equity Capital Markets group in Frankfurt. He studied business administration and has a BSc degree from WHU in Vallendar and an MSc from ESCP Europe in London, Paris, and Berlin. Simon is German and enjoys water and winter sports, golf, traveling, photography, and is interested in music and arts.
