Before joining THI in 2024, Carolin Schart worked at EY Parthenon as a Strategy Consultant. She brings experience in advising corporate clients across diverse industries on strategy development, operational model optimization, and operational process redesign. Moreover, she has actively contributed to commercial due diligences for Private Equity clients and projects aimed at enhancing the value of portfolio companies.

Carolin Schart holds a Master’s in Management from IESE Business School (Spain) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stetson University (USA).

During her four years in college, she was a key player on the university’s golf team. Today, she continues to pursue her passion for golf, alongside skiing and hiking in her free time.
