Before joining THI in 2024, Julian Mick worked for Banyan Software, a fast-growing software investor based in Toronto (Canada), where he was the first German-speaking employee to build up the DACH presence. Julian Mick began his career at Maxburg Capital Partners, where he most recently held the position of Investment Manager. During this time, he was involved in numerous investments in medium-sized companies spanning a wide range of sectors across the DACH region.

He studied business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

In his free time, Julian enjoys traveling and soccer.
