Before joining THI in June 2023, Maximilian worked over three years for Montano Real Estate’s Investment Team, where he was primarily responsible for the acquisition of value-add logistics and light industrial properties in Germany in a joint venture with a US-based private equity investor. He also acquired several core office properties for German institutional investors.

Max holds both a B.Sc. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Regensburg (IRE|BS) and further graduated  with an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong.

Outside of work he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking in the Alps, cycling, and outdoor HIIT workouts.
