Florian is a passionate real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience in structuring, transacting, and managing real estate investments. He joined THI in 2021 as Head of Real Estate to develop and execute on the firm’s real estate strategy.

Prior to THI, Florian was Head of Asset Management for GLL Real Estate Partners, subsequently MIRA Real Estate (Maquarie Group), overseeing over € 8bn AuM. In addition, in his joint function as Regional Head for DACH, Italy and Nordics, he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions. He gained extensive cross-border experience in structuring both funds for private as well as institutional investors and executing acquisitions in Europe, the United States and Australia while working for a syndicator of closed-ended funds.

Florian holds a degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) from Georg-Simon-Ohm Technische Hochschule in Nuremberg and a MBA & Eng. from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

He enjoys the Bavarian mountains with his family in summer and winter and likes to ride (and build) his bikes.
